Card On File
Card On File allows a customer's card details to be stored for future payments. This means they don't have to re-enter their card details every time they make a purchase.
The card details can be stored securely by the payment provider, the merchant, or a third party. It makes payments faster and easier while keeping transactions safe.
Card On File allows you to
- Request subsequent transactions on your customers' behalf (i.e. for subscriptions/instalments).
- Smooth out your customers’ payment experience for subsequent transactions by prefilling the Hosted Checkout Page/Hosted Tokenization Page payment form and/or skipping 3-D Secure.
Our platform offers multiple ways to do so, supporting many business uses cases.
